Our Industrial Officers are here to help and support you when you have an issue at work! The most common member issues are disciplinary action,
bullying/harassment, flexible working arrangements and workplace
restructures. These types of issues are often unexpected and can happen
to anyone so it’s best to be covered just in case.
Other common workplaces issues have to do with your pay! In the 2021-22 financial year The Services Union recovered a massive $3.7 million in unpaid wages for our members. We are proud of being able to assist our members in this way - we are just a phone call away!
