This webinar will examine nutrition for health and wellbeing.
The presenter will begin by explaining energy balance theories before moving on to look at stress and the psychology of eating.
Participants will then learn to apply prevention techniques to their health and wellbeing.
About the Presenter:
With a background in learning and development, organisational development and human resource management, Jenny has held a wide variety of both internal and external consulting roles across diverse industries, including local government, financial services, not-for-profit, professional services and the health care sector.
