Your say on pay at Sunshine Council!

 

Congratulations and well done to all members of The Services Union who participated in yesterday’s bargaining feedback meetings at Sunshine Coast Council!

The overwhelming sentiment was a reinforcement of what you’ve been saying all along – you deserve more than the pay package currently on offer, and you don’t believe you should have to trade away conditions to achieve this.

Yesterday’s meetings resulted in some robust and productive discussions, and now it’s time for all members to have their say on formalising the outcome of those discussions. We have sent all members a short survey to be completed by close of business on Monday 12 June. If you haven’t yet received this survey, please get in touch .
