What's important to you?.....we need your input

  We hope you're doing well. We're reaching out because there are some important things happening at UnitingCare that we need your help with.

Lately, there have been big changes in your organisation, and we, your Union, are here to stand up for you. But to do that well, we need to know what matters most to you. So, we're asking for your feedback to guide our discussions with UnitingCare management and decision makers.

Many of you have already told us about issues with your agreements and policies. We've heard you loud and clear. Also, we've been talking about preparing for the negotiations for a new agreement, and management is thinking of starting that soon.

We want to make sure management hears your concerns, along with anything else you want to share. Your thoughts on bargaining, changes at work, and anything else are really important to us.
