When it comes to negotiating wages and conditions at Charters Towers Regional Council, The Services Union is always by your side to ensure you get the package you deserve. Our Union is preparing to commence bargaining for your new Certified Agreement (CA) which will determine your wages and conditions for the coming years, so we’re keen to hear from you!

We have sent all members a link to our confidential Charters Towers Regional Council electronic survey. To ensure you have a say, please complete the survey by 5:00pm on Tuesday 13 December 2022. 

We’ll use this survey to develop our Log of Claims for bargaining. That’s the list of changes members want to see in the new CA. If you have not received your survey link or you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] or phone 3844 5300.

Only members of our Union have input into how we approach these negotiations. If you work with someone who wants a say on getting a fair pay deal and is not yet a member, remind them that joining is easy online.
