A new agreement at Aruma

Aruma has announced it's time to negotiate a new Enterprise Agreement. Bargaining a new agreement means an opportunity for you to make working at Aruma the best it can be, and your union will be by your side, representing members' priorities at the negotiating table.

You're invited to a special member briefing on zoom to talk you through what to expect and how you can have your say.

All members are encouraged to attend this meeting to discuss your rights, conditions and how your union will represented you in this process.

This short zoom meeting will be the first of regular member updates we will schedule throughout the bargaining process, which will take several months.

TSU organisers will be attending your upcoming team meetings to ask what you like about your work and what you would change.
