Negotiations Commence At SEQWater
The Services Union has commenced negotiations for a replacement Enterprise Agreement at SEQWater.
The member endorsed Log of Claims was presented to SEQWater management on Tuesday 26 February 2019.
Based on feedback from members, some of the key issues our Union will be pursuing include:
- 3 per cent pay rise per annum;
- Removal of Management discretion on your ADO or TOIL;
- Ability to work a 9-day fortnight;
- Greater flexibility;
- Improved Domestic and Family Violence leave.
