ASU Career Launchpad Courses in October
This year has seen unprecedented challenges for frontline ASU members who deal with customers and clients, whether it’s face to face, over the phone or online. This month we are running a course to help you build your skills in dealing with difficult customers.
We are also helping you protect yourself online by learning some cyber security basics. We are spending more time online than ever– make sure you know how to protect yourself, your family and your information online. It’s never too late to learn!

This webinar, run by expert presenter Jenny Carmuciano, will begin by examining the basic concepts of change management, exploring and balancing commercial change factors with people change factors. It will focus on learning to plan using change management tools and methodologies and finish up with practical takeaway tips and strategies for managing change in your workplace.
