Continuing to progress your claims

As your ally in the workplace, over the past months, we’ve worked closely with members and the union negotiating group to progress your EBA claims through bargaining and discussions with Endeavour Management.

Our Union will take the lead on implementing our members’ and delegates’ views and claims when we meet with the CEO on 15 August.

Your contribution and recent participation in our member survey regarding actions you are willing to take to progress your claims will help get the message through to the CEO that:

  • Your work must be valued and respected;
  • You deserve fair pay and conditions for the work performed; and
  • Ensures those who work rosters have a voice on roster changes before changes are implemented.

Members know we’re by your side to secure a fair deal. We will communicate with members following the meeting with the CEO, with no new offer being made by Endeavour to date.
